We believe that the skills and knowledge of coaches are the most valuable asset. No, GC will not do the analysis for you, will not give you ready-made solutions. But is it ready-made solutions that you need? Do you really want a system that claims to win everything for you?
What you need is in your head, coach! You are the one who knows your players, their strengths and weaknesses, you shape and develop them. You know what to do - I'll just help you transfer your thoughts into a professional presentation that will inspire your team. I am not here to provide you with hundreds of data, statistics or diagrams.... I'm here so you can follow your game plan.
Simple means powerful
Since we have a tool that is supposed to give coaches the ability to be themselves, we only need the features they find necessary. That's why GC's greatest strength is its simplicity! We have kept the number of unnecessary distractions to a minimum. We want GeniusCoach to be a space for coaches and analysts - not for graphic designers or technology specialists. We decided to simplify GC as much as possible, leaving only the most necessary functions for professional analysis. Is it really worth wasting valuable time changing the transparency of effects?
Full automatization
We put the focus on full automation! First of all, player detection. Just select the desired effect, click on the player and you're done - effect added. What's more, if you want the effect to follow the player, just apply the effect and click play - no more tedious frame-by-frame work. A big change is also automatic detection of the pitch plane and its distance. You don't have to calibrate anything, mark pitch points, determine distances - GC does it on its own and automatically.

WEB VERSION
This is a simplified version of the system. It works via a web browser, which makes it extremely versatile. The main difference is that in this version we work on a freeze frame. Graphic effects are added on the frozen image (frozen movie). We set the freeze frame time ourselves and can add analysis elements, but they will not follow the players when we press play.
This is a version of the system dedicated to coaches of academies, sports schools, lower level clubs. Those who do not need the most advanced features, but want to take their coaching capabilities to a higher level and give their players a sense of professionalism.

DESKTOP VERSION
It is a full version of the system that runs as a standalone application on the user's computer or tablet. It has all the advanced analysis functions - in addition to those of the web version, there are all those that will automatically follow the player after pressing play button. This version is fully automated, auto-detecting players, the plane of the field, distances, etc.
We can also use two "measure" functions, that is, the distance a player has covered and his speed. GC is not a statistical system, we believe in the knowledge and skills of the coaches, and our tool is meant to allow this knowledge to be transferred to video footage.

Allows you to highlight a specific player with a colored circle below. The effect is designed in such a way that the player looks as if he/she is standing inside this circle. Plane detection algorithms make the effect look like it's lying on the pitch.

Connecting several players together (e.g. in a defensive formation). The connection is to add a "selector" effect under each player and connect them with a line.

Addition:In the desktop version there is an option to select "connect with distance". The effect looks identical, but a numerical information is displayed between the athletes, about the distance that is between them. When you press play, the effect follows the selected players, and the distance between them changes in real time

Allows you to move any player to any place on the field. It uses player snatch algorithms, so you only need one click to move a player.

Known from simple graphics programs, the "pencil" function allows you to draw anything on the screen with different colors and stroke size.

Many types of arrows to show, for example, a player's movement or pass. Designed arrows can "lay" flat on the field or suggest an overpass (convex arrows).

Field zone (area)

The so-called polygon is a flat shape (selection) of the field zone (area). You can choose from a round, rectangular or free selection shape.

In the Desktop version it is also static - means that the polygon doesn't move with camera movement when the play button is pressed.
Name or Number
Name
The ability to sign any player with a number, surname or first name. It helps to highlight a specific player and focus attention on him/her.

2D Radar
2D Radar is a feature that shows the position of your players on the field in a 2D projection from above. Our algorithms automatically calculate the field space, distances and convert the single camera image into a graphical representation of the positioning on the field. You don't need to calibrate, set or mark anything. Just turn this feature on.
Available only in Desktop version. It shows the position of players when the film is stoped and when the play button is pressed.
